I’m a fan of the Nait 50, as are a lot of people on this forum. As you say, you have many other good things to occupy your time. By biggest grip for valves for audio is the sensitivity (through normal physics) to RF – and as such often benefit from valve screening – which was used more and more in sensitive commercial valve circuitry in its time. Annoys me when people try to score solid state v valve points. He explained that this is the point when a mare is moved to one of the 11 camera-monitored boxes, allowing the team to keep a close eye on her during our round-the-clock foaling vigils at this time of year.
Otherwise it’s easy to go round a few houses and into the beach. The cupboard with all the beach stuff in was great (you can use the ladders to get from Cutebit the gate down to the beach which was about a 5ft drop!). We had a lovely holiday at The Focsle.

An Amazing and welcoming property perfect view right on porthmeor beach.Child and family friendly and very comfortable to stay in. Sometimes holiday homes are just a base but the location and the gorgeous view meant that we could stay in/stay local and relax. In all of that time, we have stayed many different places but in the Focsle, we have found a perfect family base for a beach holiday. Amazing location and westerly view over Porthmeor beach for sunset beauty shots, quiet, comfortable beds, nice linen, attractive and well equipped kitchen. Wonderful holiday, such beautiful views and lovely accommodation, I never want to stay anywhere but here ever again!

But my goodness, there is nothing cuter than your baby all wrapped up for their first winter. In which case, getting it into the review cycle against probably fairly limited competition might have made sales a bit slower, but sustained for longer. That way maybe more momentum would have resulted from favourable magazine reviews. Last time i bought something from UK it was staying several weeks at the customs.

Our little girl adored her stay here and we will definitely be back! Spacious, light, cosy and well-equipped, it’s a joy to stay here. It was very comfortable and warm, which is what you want in November. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Focsle Down Under. Warm cosy and welcoming property, felt at home at once. Loved watching the seals every day and the surfers.

Wonderful property, best location ever. It was a privilege to stay at the house and we hope to come again. We stay in St Ives every Easter and this was our favourite house by a long way. With it’s Juliet window onto the beach, you can sit and enjoy the spectacular sunsets each evening. We saw seals every day including a pup that came up on the beach right in front of us, looked about and then waddled back in…..

Maybe it’s a full moon walk up a hill without a torch, or cycling to the coast and sleeping in a bivvy bag. Microadventures mean different things and serve different purposes to different people at different times. Local microadventures are ideal, for example, but if you find yourself halfway round the world in Hong Kong or Hollywood then you can still apply the microadventure approach and explore there too.
Some people are fit but mentally frazzled. I’mve tried to open eyes to a slightly different way of thinking, and to “give people permission” to get started, to have a go, to try something new. What I have tried to do is help solve a few problems for those who felt that people like them couldn’t have adventures like proper adventurers do.
